Fabrication services covers a multitude of products, particularly those too large to be moulded. From hand-made bellows and sleeves and rubber lined pipes to cut gaskets, washers and rubber sheeting. Whatever your requirements we will have a solution for you.

Bespoke Gaskets, Washers and Packers

• Bespoke Gaskets and washers can be made from a variety of materials. We will make cutting tooling to your sample or drawing. 
• Wide range of materials available including EPDM and Neoprene, Closed Cell and Neoprene Sponges, all grades of Silicone, including MF775 low smoke free of halogen tested to EN 45545, Viton, CNAF, Cork or Felt and Fibre.
• Parts can be supplied with 3M self-adhesive backing as required.
• No minimum order quantity.
  

Fabricated Sleeves and Bellows

• Mandrel Built Rubber Sleeves, Hand Fabricated Rubber Sleeves and Moulded Convoluted Sleeves and Bellows
• High Frequency Welded Polyurethane
• Stitched (sewn) Connectors
• Made up and with welded joints up to maximum of 3 meters.
• Any diameter

Standard thickness of 3mm, 5mm and 6mm

Lined Pipes, Rubber Rollers and Wheels

• We will line your free issue pipes to cover any application.
• Rubber would generally be Natural, EPDM or Neoprene 
• We clean and shot blast to a standard enabling us to apply the lining.

Materials Used

• We stock an extensive range of materials and thicknesses including EPDM, NITRILE, NEOPRENE, SILICONE, POLYURETHANE, VULCANISED FIBRE, FOAMS and COMMERICAL RUBBER.
• Supplied as sheet or cut to strip or belting.
• Also available with 3M self-adhesive backing.
• Full traceability on any specialist material needed.
