Aeroplane industry

Coker’s has a long history of supplying clients with high quality ground start mouldings, supplying LPA Connection Systems for over 50 years.  We understand the need for non-conductivity of materials and abrasion resistance.  All of our products are supplied with full traceability and conformity notes.  We buy in all high specification materials from 2 of the UK largest and most respected rubber compounders, Fothergill Polycom Ltd and Clwyd Compounders.

Fitness rubber solutions

From personal weights to rubber matting, Coker’s can manufacture your product for fitness or leisure, the opportunities are endless.  Our client, Fitness Professionals has become recognised within the fitness industry worldwide with its range of Vipr products, as seen on ITVs ‘The Biggest Looser’.   

Model making

Coker’s has been formulating rubber discs for spin casting by the model-making and jewellery craft industries since our establishment in 1952.  We offer a full range of organic rubber and silicone formulations along with various accessories, including blades, handles and location studs. 

Our tool making department makes made to measure mould cans at whatever depth and size to suit. 

Marine industry

The marine industry relies on high quality formulations to ensure its products can withstand the forces and strains of the weather that they are so constantly exposed to.  We use only the highest quality materials including EPDM from our rubber compounders. 

Coker’s manufactures its own range of rubber mooring compensators – made from high quality natural rubber, our mooring compensators provide resilience to sea water, sunlight and weather. 

Manufacturing

Gaskets, washers, bespoke mouldings and more, the manufacturing sector has a wide variety of needs.  Coker’s offer a full range of services from prototyping to full production moulds.   If you are designing a new product, taking advantage of our prototyping service gives you the flexibility to adjust and prove your design in a cost efficient way before committing to full production tooling – taking the risk out of your new development.

Auto engineering

Coker’s manufacture a range of products for the automotive industry – from the classic car replica parts sector to new vehicle parts.  We have worked successfully with both commercial customers and charitable owners clubs. 

We will supply full traceability, can can supply documentation to PPAP Levels as required. 

Agriculture industry

From livestock processing to forestry, there are a multitude of applications for rubber and silicone mouldings. 

Coker’s manufacturers our own line in poultry finishing fingers for chicken and turkey processing.  We supply a range of tree support blocks for bulk planting.
